DRAFT Procedural By-law A-028.02 Proposed Amendment

Council will consider making amendments to Procedural By-Law No. A-028.01. The  amendments include removing committee of the whole and making two regular council meetings a month, and clarifying committee procedures.  Click the link below to view the marked up version of the By-Law. Council will consider the 1st and 2nd readings at the April 29 Special Council meeting, and the third reading is expected to be considered at the May 13 Regular Council Meeting.
