Notice is hereby given that the Council of Hartland is considering amending the Town of Hartland Zoning By-Law #B-46 by rezoning the following property:
PROPERTY: PID 10286987, Rockland Road, Hartland
REZONING: “R2” – Residential Mix Zone to the “R5” – Residential 5 Zone
PURPOSE: To construct a 4-story, 62-unit apartment building
A virtual public hearing for the amendments will take place over video and tele-conference (Zoom) on July 3rd,2025,at6:30p.m. If you wish to attend, please register by July 3rd,at12:00p.m. by contacting the Western NB Service Commission at:
