 Chief Mike Walton and over thirty volunteer members are dedicated trained firefighters. When not fighting fires they are out fundraising for new fire equipment with events including their annual firemen breakfasts. 

The junior firefighters' program teaches youth basic firefighting techniques and procedures while introducing them to the equipment in hopes they will join the department in the future.
